What can I do if I made a bad trade with one of the bots?

Sadly, there isn't much we can help you with if you made a bad/unfavourable trade. All trades made with our bots are final and are not subject to reimbursements/refunds or reversals of any kind. We can only urge you to be more careful and double-check your trades next time. 

It should be noted that contacting support or one of the staff agents directly for this purpose will not grant you a reimbursement/refund or a trade reversal - rules are the same for every customer, no exceptions.
