I can't login!

Possible reasons why a user would not be able to login:

• The main reason that a user might not be able to login to the website is that they have been blacklisted by one of our staff - meaning they no longer have the ability to trade on our website, participate in giveaways or receive support. Why do we blacklist people? - Users that are blacklisted are usually suspected of trying to harm our business/operations or our community - This will NEVER be tolerated, once blacklisted, there is no going back.

• Another, though less likely reason, is that there is some kind of bug on the website that prevents its users from logging in. In which case you are free to join our discord, create a ticket and report it there.
