Black Bot Network and TF2 Store does not offer trade backs or refunds of any kind. All trades performed with our bots and website are final.

If you made a bad trade - we are terribly sorry to inform you, but we do not offer refunds/reimbursements or reverse trades. ALL trades made on our platform and any of our other bots are final! If you are unhappy with the item you have received, you can sell it back to the website at a small commission or exchange it for balance on our website which you can use any time on items you might like.
